William A. Slover is a sole practitioner concentrating on unusual real estate matters. He is New Jersey State Underwriting Counsel for The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore, and he regularly serves as expert witness in matters regarding title searches, title insurance, easement disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, closings gone bad, and other real property contests.

2007 - 2009: Underwriting counsel with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
1991 to 2014: Owner and operator of Province Line Title Agency Corporation, f/k/a Signature Title Services, Inc., Princeton and Pennington, writing title insurance policies in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. In accordance with In Re Opinion 682, 147 N.J. 360 (1997), Mr. Slover did not order title commitments or policies from his own title agency on behalf of any client.
2009 - Present: Adjunct lecturer at Rutgers Law School, teaching a 3-credit course to 2nd, 3rd & 4th year law students entitled Real Estate Transactions.
2012 - 2016: Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Real Estate Section of the Mercer County Bar Association.
